What happens if I archive a quote?

If you archive a quote, it remains available in your Moneybird account. Archived quotes have a separate status so you can immediately see that there is no further action needed. If you want to use the quote again, you can duplicate it to create a new one. You'll get a new quote with the same details.

Can an accepted quote still be cancelled?

You can no longer adjust an accepted quote. However, you can open the quote and duplicate it via Extra. A draft quote will be created with the same content. You can make changes to this draft and resend it for approval. You can then delete or archive the original quote via Extra.

Can I add extra information to the invoice?

If you want to add extra text to your invoices, you can do this in several ways: You can create an extra field, use an invoice line as a text line, or add extra information in the footer.

Can I add my customer’s VAT number to the invoice?

If you're using a VAT rate where the VAT number is required, Moneybird will automatically add this to your invoices. All you need to do is enter the VAT number in your contact details. If you haven't filled in the VAT number, you'll get an error message when sending.

I deleted an invoice by mistake, can I recover it?

If you've deleted an invoice, it cannot be recovered through Moneybird; the deletion is permanent.
