How is the processing of bank transactions calculated?

We use bank transactions to measure the approximate size of your administration. You will generally receive or make a payment for each invoice, purchase invoice, or receipt. This is a transaction that you can process. Depending on your package, you can link a certain number of bank transactions to your invoices, purchase invoices, or categories per subscription month. For Moneybird, the moment you make the integration is important, so the date of the transaction is not important. Unused transactions in a subscription month expire when the next subscription month begins. It is therefore not possible to carry over or save remaining transactions.

Are there any other restrictions on my account?

We want you to enjoy using Moneybird! You can add an unlimited number of contacts and give as many people access to your Moneybird account as you want. The banking feature can only be used via the mobile apps in the trial package and the €35 package. In the other packages, it is not possible to process bank transactions from the Android or iOS app because we want to collect subscriptions directly without using billing in the app stores.

Can I upgrade to a paid plan?

You can always upgrade your free package to a paid package. This can be done in the account management section of your Moneybird account.

Do you have a ‘tell-a-friend’ program?

How does Moneybird secure my data?

You will receive a personal secure environment. All connections run via a secure TLS connection. We make daily backups of all your data so that it is never lost.

How can I pay and what are the terms and conditions?

If you choose a paid package, you give us permission to debit the subscription fee from your account by means of a monthly direct debit or credit card transaction. We do not work with complicated contracts. You can cancel at any time, without notice. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
